News Headlines - Knebworth Park
Welwyn GC off the hook against the Park 5/13/2006 - Superb seam bowling from Knebworth Park was in vain at neighbours Welwyn Garden City. Anthony Pratt (3-50), Chris Brook and Paul Slade had the home side struggling at 71-6. WGC recovered and with the Park batted somewhat tentatively they sought to salvage a draw but were dismissed for 123.
| Pratt powers Park to third place 6/6/2005 - Anthony Pratt’s brilliant century led Knebworth Park to their second win of the season in beating Langleybury to move in Division Two East. His 105 not out dominated the Park’s total of 174 for 1 in chasing the visitors’ 170 for 8 in winning by nine wickets.
| Brook bowls battling Park to victory over Sawbo 5/17/2005 - The evergreen Chris Brook produced one of his best-ever performances for Knebworth Park in transforming probable defeat in to victory away to Sawbridgeworth with a sensational bowling performance. Brook, who is celebrating 25 years playing for the club, took 8 for 72 as Sawbo crashed from 139 for 3 to 171 all out in chasing the Park’s 197 all out.
| New-comers Park start with a draw 5/11/2005 - KNEBWORTH Park under-performed in drawing their long-awaited debut in Division Two (East) at home to Radlett on Saturday. Chasing the visitors' 235-5 total, the Park finished on 146-8 on an easy pace wicket.
